Bob Marino

Mr. Marino is an experienced senior executive with a successful track record for revenue and profit growth within global e-commerce and re-commerce sectors. He possesses international experience having lived and worked throughout Europe. Bob has patented and commercialized several successful products and production processes and built green field plants and distribution operations. He graduated with a BS degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA degree from Rider University.
Mr. Marino served as VP and General Manager for three divisions of Tyson Foods and Bob is the former CEO and board member of Cafepress (PRSS), an e-commerce company he helped grow from $15 million to $248 million and took it public with an IPO in 2012. While leading Cafepress, Marino oversaw the acquisition of 4 businesses and accelerated the growth and profits of each.
Mr. Marino also served as COO and then CEO of Upstrem until it was acquired by Back-Track in April 2024 and now serves as Back-Track’s Chief Business Development Officer.
