How it Works
Back-Track techs have over 15 years experience each, repairing nearly every type of electronic item from easy to difficult.
- Fill out the form telling us what item you have (model # is very helpful) and the issue you are having.
- We’ll review your request for service and if we feel it is possible to fix, we’ll send a notice to ship.
- You’ll receive shipping instructions and an invoice for our $30 inspection deposit.
- Please pay the deposit and ship according to instructions.
- Once our techs inspect the item, they’ll give a final estimate for repair (typically $60-$80).
- If you approve, your $30 deposit becomes a down payment on the repair service and you’ll receive a final invoice for repair – $30 + return shipping cost.
- After final payment is received, the techs will finish the repair and ship the item back to you.
